Placing an Order
To place an order with Bluesdesigns you can either message us via the website or e-mail at email@example.com
We value our customers and respect their privacy. Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: to process / mail your order and to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not share your details with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Many of our items are made to order but at times ready to post items will be uploaded to the page with a full description and price. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available/been sold.
Accuracy of content
We take reasonable steps in the preparation and maintenance of this page to ensure that all prices quoted are correct at time of publishing, and that the descriptions of our products are fair and accurate. However, we do reserve the right to decline any order where there has clearly been a material error, or where there is an inaccuracy or omission in the price and/or description of any of our products and/or services as displayed or advertised on the page.
All prices displayed are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges are calculated on size and weight of your order.
Items up to 2 Kg will be sent 2nd class ‘signed for’ unless you request otherwise. Items over 2 Kg will be sent using My-Hermes. Customers are also welcome to collect from 67 Hastings Avenue, Gosport, Hampshire PO12 4BY, UK which will save delivery costs.
We will make sure your parcel is well packaged and protected to prevent any damage in transit.
Payment must be made before bespoke items are made or, in the case of an item ‘in stock’ before they are despatched. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time your order is placed.
Pay-pal uses the latest strong encryption technology to ensure that all transaction information is protected to the highest standard. A Pay-pal account is not needed to use this payment method.
only accept returns on faulty or damaged items. This must be done within 7 days
from the day you receive your order. You must supply photographic
evidence of any claimed fault or damage.
